1. Age limit

To place an order at CigarettesMix you must be at least 21 years of age or of legal age within your state. To conceal your actual age is a felony charge prosecuted by the law. By accepting these terms you are indicating you are of legal age to buy the cigarettes.
Cigarettes sold at CigarettesMix are for personal use only and not for resale.

Surgeon General's Warning runs that smoking is hazardous to your health:
• Smoking by pregnant women may cause fetal injury or premature birth and low birth weight.
• Smoking leads to lung cancer, emphysema, heart disease, and complicates pregnancy.
• Cigarette smoke contains carbon monoxide which is hazardous to your health.

2. Products

The cigarettes you buy are manufactured in Europe. CigarettesMix takes no responsibility for the non-availability of any products. In case the Customer's chosen product is not available, CigarettesMix will make a refund or will offer a credit note to the Customer.

3. Payment

Now you can pay for your order with echeck payment systems. When you place order on site cigarettesmix.com, you need input data of your check bank account. Your account will charge in 1-2 business days.

4. Goods delivery

Now we are shipping cigarettes to USA residents only.

The parcels are delivered by Registered Air Mail directly from Ukraine. Shipping is done by USPS to your address. The price of delivery varies depending on the amount of cartons. We charge $20 per parcel (which contains 3 cartons) and $40 per parcel (which contains 6 cartons). The maximum number of cartons in one parcel is 6 cartons of 85mm cigarettes and 8 cartons of 100 mm cigarettes.

The delivery to the USA usually takes 21 - 30 days. Every package has its own tracking number. You can track your order at www.usps.com. Please note that if you order 13 cartons, you’ll receive 3 parcels (6+6+1) with a probable delay of 3-5 days.

5. Processing orders

If you place the order on Thursday, Friday, Sunday, or Saturday, your parcel will be shipped on Wednesday. If you place the order on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, your package will be shipped on Saturday.

Immediately after you place an order at our website, your order gets Pending status. After receiving money of your order, the status of your order is changed to Processing. It takes the Company about 3-5 business days to receive the money and to pack the parcels. After the parcels are shipped, the status of the order is changed to Shipped. After that the Customer will be given the tracking number of the parcel.

6. Return policy

We take care of all our customers, that is why we do our best to make our clients totally satisfied with products they order from our website. Please, examine your purchase immediately upon receiving. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the product, please let us know via our support e-mail and we’ll give you detailed return instructions. After returning the unused products within 10 business days from the moment of receipt and we’ll offer you either the replacement of the product or refund your credit card. The Customer is responsible for return transportation and postage fees without subsequent compensation. CigarettesMix takes no responsibility for the mistakes made by Customers while placing an order, that is faulty shipping address, wrong brand or type. CigarettesMix is not responsible for variations in the quality of the cigarettes caused by the manufacturing process.

7. Refunds

If the customer receives an incorrect or faulty order, the Company will provide an immediate replacement of those goods. If the replacement isn’t possible, the Company will make a full refund of the purchase. The Goods must be returned to us within 10 business days from the moment of receipt. The Customer is responsible for return transportation and postage fees without subsequent compensation. In case the package are be seized by the Customs and Excise, the Company is unable to make a refund, until the appeals procedures have been undertaken and confirmation in writing of the outcome has been received within 7 business days. In case, the goods are not returned to you by the Customs and Excise, we will make a replacement your order.

8. International Duty Laws

The Customer takes responsibility to determine whether Internet purchase of cigarettes is prohibited by the State laws in your area. In case you are charged duty upon the receipt of your parcel you can either to pay the duty or refuse the parcel. In case the package will be returned to the Company, you will receive a full refund for the order price.
